This is how the yard looked before: too many impractical steps, a large hollow area, excessive wood coverage, a poor-quality concrete screed, and an overall appearance that felt both outdated and worn.
Dismantled the curb, cleared the space of tree roots, poured concrete, leveled the ground to reduce the number of steps, and installed a drain for rainwater. Removed construction debris from the area.
Concrete and Stone laying. This stone layout is tradicional Mediteranian style. Longlasting, strong, does not spoil from the sun and salty sea air. Easy to clean. Used only local materials.
Final result. Costs: 3750euro including materials.
